The project team will be there to meet interested parties and give project overviews, followed by a Q&A session. Information about contracting and construction opportunities will be provided. This event is open to all Trade Partners, both large and small. ABOUT THE PROJECTS
Williamsburg Sports and Events Center // An approximately 200,000 square foot indoor Sports Center that will include hardcourt space sufficient to support at least 12 basketball courts that can be converted to 24 volleyball courts, 36 pickleball courts, and other large sports and events activities.
Live Performance Venue // An approximately 50,000 SF indoor/outdoor multi-purpose performance venue capable of hosting a wide variety of events including performing arts, music concerts, cultural events, corporate functions, festivals, etc. The venue could potentially include indoor seating, outdoor seating, dressing rooms, media spaces, back of house facilities, food and beverage, pre-function space, outdoor and indoor stages, and other spaces to support events.
