Project Executive
We're able to develop high-performing teams through trust, open communication, a clear understanding of the ultimate goals for the project, and a strong mutual commitment amongst the project team to reach those goals.
Scott Oster joined the MEB team in 2011, he is a Project Executive with an emphasis in our fueling department. After graduating from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Scott gained years of experience most of which is in DoD fuel systems. He also has experience in specialty training and management of complex fueling system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
During his time here, Scott has managed jobs in our fueling market sector around the country for customers like the Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, the United States Air Force, and more. He also assists in the growth and refinement of MEB’s overall safety program.
Scott is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia (AGC).
